Overview
This side project is a ComfyUI workflow designed to upscale real photos (e.g., vacation images) so they can be printed as large, high-resolution wall prints.
The focus is on natural-looking detail (textures, foliage, architecture, skin) while avoiding the artificial plastic look that many upscalers can introduce.
Workflow
- Load the original photo and (optionally) crop/resize to a print-friendly aspect ratio.
- Upscale with 4xUltraSharp and filter with Unsharp Mask.
- Finish & export: then export the final high-resolution file for printing.
Notes
- Tip: test-print a small crop first to validate sharpness and noise characteristics before ordering a full-size wall print.
